They was glowin' in the night.
Like an ember was loose from the devil's firelight.
Shadows return to their feet.
The trio's dying, but not from the heat.
And all them canyon walls; a palisade.
A mortuary in the shade.
Bidding the traveler to rest.
Take a drink of his last dying breath.
Siren was first. Her hair shone, was gilded with gold.
Hoodlum and savant were riding the flanks,
Two specters of old.
And on the city below,
The desert alight.
The thirst they had known,
It was quelled at the sight.
The riders approaching,
The city is set to ignite.

Rip-roaring power pop with all the deadpan wit and guitar noise of early Weezer and legitimized by the songwriting chops of Tom Petty and Elvis Costello. North by North

This album is just perfect in a minimalistic sense. There's nothing you could take away from it without making it worse and nothing to add that would make it better. 10/10 avalun
